1. Delete Your SongBank Account
1.1 Overview
SongBank provides an in-app option to delete your account and associated data. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens after your request is submitted.
- • You can delete your account directly inside the SongBank mobile app.
- • Account deletion removes your stored SongBank data from our active systems.
- • Some limited data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).
- • Subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store / Google Play and must be canceled there if you want to stop billing.
1.2 How to Delete Your Account In-App
To delete your SongBank account from within the app:
Step 1: Open the SongBank app and sign in.
Step 2: Go to Settings.
Step 3: Select Account Management.
Step 4: Review the information shown and confirm deletion.
Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed and you will be signed out.
1.3 What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, SongBank deletes the data associated with your account from our active systems. This may include:

After you confirm deletion in the app:

Deleting your SongBank account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions are managed by the platform where you purchased them:
1.6 If You Can’t Access the App
If you cannot access the SongBank app (for example, you no longer have access to the email you used to sign in), you can request account deletion by contacting support:

Please include the email address associated with your SongBank account and the words “Delete Account Request” in the subject line. For your security, we may request additional verification before processing deletion.
